Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation is a biblical book of prophetic visions, written by the Apostle John. Primarily about the ultimate triumph of Jesus Christ over evil. Which includes the final conflict between God and Satan.

It contains vivid details of future events and judgments. That scholars interpret as a message of encouragement and hope for Christians.

To remain FAITHFUL, particularly during times of persecution. While emphasizing that God will ultimately win.

IMPORTANCE is:

  • Triumph of Christ: The book's central message is that Christ is victorious over evil, and God will prevail in the end.
  • Encouragement for Believers: It was written to encourage early Christians facing persecution to resist compromise and remain FAITHFUL.
  • Symbolic Language: Much of the book is written in a symbolic language and can be challenging to interpret, but its message is considered clear.
  • Judgment and Salvation: It describes a future time of judgment for the wicked, alongside visions of worship and glory in God's presence for the FAITHFUL.
  • Christ's Superiority: The book is also intended to reveal Christ as superior over all things.
  • Victory and Restoration: Christ triumphs, evil is defeated, Satan is bound, and John envisions a new heaven and a new earth, where God dwells with humanity in eternal peace

As Christ is a constant and unchanging Lord throughout all PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE.
